Balance & stability – finding support from within (in Nørrebro)
Do you want to get ready for your favourite summer activity? No matter if you are out hiking, swimming in the sea or sitting with a book by the beach, this Feldenkrais movement series will make it easier and more pleasant!
The Feldenkrais method is an approach that leads you on a path of getting to know yourself better and teaches you how to work with, not against, yourself. Working with the brain’s ability to sense and adjust accordingly, we will explore how you can find your balance and stability in any position or motion! In the Awareness Through Movement lessons, you will lie, roll, sit and stand in various unusual ways and from there refine how to push, pull and transfer your weight more and more delicately – until moving becomes connected to a sense of calm, clarity and elegance!
You don’t need any special pre-experience, we will guide you through the lessons! You are welcome to bring clothes that you can comfortably move in.

Price?
400 dkk if you book the whole series, 125 dkk per session if you drop-in for individual sessions (please contact us to hear if this is possible)
